Are tariffs cancelled by the Supreme Court?
No.
Recent court decisions impacted certain tariffs implemented under IEEPA. However, those
were quickly replaced with tariffs under a different authority (Section 122). There are
currently multiple tariff categories that apply (including 301, 232, and 122), and the overall
cost impact remains largely unchanged at this time.
Will we update our pricing?
Not at this time.
Tariff rates continue to evolve, and it is difficult to predict where they will ultimately
stabilize. Our current plan is to hold pricing through 2026 unless there is a significant and
sustained change in tariff policy.
If material changes occur, we will communicate proactively and transparently.
Will tariffs be refunded?
Refunds are unlikely.
Only certain IEEPA tariffs are potentially subject to refund depending on how the legal
process unfolds. Most of our shipments are processed through third-party logistics
providers, and any refund — if issued — would first go to the importer of record.
Given the complexity of multiple overlapping tariff categories (301, 232, 122, etc.) and the
administrative burden of separating them, refunds are uncertain and unlikey.
At this time, we are not planning any around tariff reimbursements.
