PVC

PVC is a soft plastic material that is bright and durable. We are able to match any PMS color, and the first 4 are included. You can request to have a sew groove and we have the ability to add sticker backing or Velcro. PVC patches can be either 2D or 3D, and are completely waterproof. Our Patches can be cut to shape at no extra cost.


Tariff Surcharge Alert

Due to the additional 15% tariff set on May 9th, we are passing on part of the cost with a $0.08 Duty Surcharge on all patches. We hope this will be a temporary measure and are doing our best to keep the effects of this new policy as minimal as possible. (Duty Surcharge not included in pricing below.)

PVC on Fabric

PVC on fabric patches are our marriage of traditional patches with the sturdiness of PVC. The fabric adds extra flexibility and thinness for application to clothes and much more. We have several fabric types and a limited number of fabric colors available, but almost unlimited colors for PVC. Inquire within for our color list.

  • Set Up and Shipping

    Free setup included.  Free shipping over $500(A).  For orders less than $500 we offer flat $20(G) shipping.  Express Air shipping is $60(G) if needed. No additional to Canada.

  • Standard Soft Rubber Product

    Price includes 4 colors on front, custom design, set up, and shipping.

  • Colors

    We can match any PMS colors. Up to 4 colors included in price for addn'l colors add $0.08 (g) each.

  • Production Time

    As fast as 14 days from final approval of art or spec sample. Production time varies based on order details and quantity. 

  • Standard Packaging

    In poly bag stapled closed or zip-locked. More Info...

  • Exact match $60 per item (G)

    We need a physical sample. Without sample we can't guarantee 100% accurate duplication. The cost is freight charge to Asian factory.

  • Spec Sample Policies

    Pre-production samples are available upon request. Add approx 7-10 days to normal production time.
